1. Account & Eligibility

• You must be 18 years of age or older (or have parental/guardian consent) to place an order or create an account.
• Provide accurate personal details (name, address, contact info) at checkout. You are responsible for securing your account login credentials.

2. Orders & Acceptance

• Placing an order is a binding offer. We reserve the right to accept or reject orders (e.g., for pricing errors, out-of-stock bikes, or suspicious activity).
• A shipping confirmation email signifies official order acceptance; initial checkout receipts are only acknowledgments.

3. Pricing & Payment

• All bike prices are listed in USD, excluding applicable taxes (calculated at checkout) and shipping fees (see our Shipping Policy).
• We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and Shopify Pay—all payments are processed securely via Shopify. We reserve the right to adjust prices without prior notice (excludes confirmed orders).

4. Products & Warranty

• Bike descriptions and specifications are accurate to the best of our knowledge; minor color or component variations may occur.
• All bikes come with a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects (excludes damage from misuse, improper assembly, or accidents).

5. Shipping & Returns

• Shipping terms are governed by our separate Shipping Policy. Returns and exchanges follow our Return & Exchange Policy (30-day window for unused, unassembled bikes in original packaging).

6. Liability

• Greer Store is liable only for manufacturing defects (per warranty). We are not responsible for injuries or damages caused by improper bike use, assembly, or maintenance.

7. Governing Law

• These terms are governed by the laws of 2504 E Lindrick Dr,Gilbert,AZ,85298, USA. Disputes will be resolved through mediation in Gilbert before legal action.
