Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to ride happy with your bike. Here are our simple return and exchange guidelines.
1. Eligibility
- Return Window: 30 days from delivery date.
- Bike Condition: Must be unused, unassembled, and in original packaging with all parts included.
- Defective Bikes: Eligible for free return/exchange within 15 days of delivery (covers manufacturing flaws like frame cracks or faulty gears).
2. How to Initiate
Email obrook.adamgpe1@aol.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange. We will send a Return Authorization (RA) number and our return address:

3. Shipping & Fees
- Non-defective Returns: You cover return shipping ($55 flat rate for oversized bike packages) plus a 5% restocking fee.
- Defective Bikes: We provide a pre-paid shipping label—no cost to you.
- Exchanges: Free shipping for replacement bikes once the returned item is inspected.
4. Refund Processing
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days after we receive and approve the return.
